ABSTRACT

Hepatitis B and C related cirrhosis process underlies on the basis of etiology of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Liver transplantation is a choice of management in the treatment of cirrhosis or combined tumor and underlying cirrhosis, in selected patients. The most frequent relapsing sites after transplantation are lungs and liver allografts. Survival can be increased by complete resection in solitary pulmonary resectable metastasis. In this literature; 59 year old female patient, whom liver transplantation because of HCV cirrhosis prior diagnosis first and then right thora-cotomy and lower lobectomy performed with prior diagnosis of primary lung cancer 32 months later, is presented.
