ABSTRACT

Pancreatoblastoma is a rare tumor in childhood. It’s even rarer in adults with less than 20 cases reported in the literature. We report ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic re-sonance imaging findings of pancreatoblastoma in an adult case. The key features of the lesion are; the presence of a mass effect more prominent than invasion, its internal structure consisting of cystic and solid components, and its preponderance of reaching to very big dimensions. In our case the mass has reached 25 cm in diameter, and to the best of our knowledge, this is one of the biggest pancreatoblastoma cases reported in the literature.
