ABSTRACT
Small sized ovarian cysts in neonatal ovary is a common and normal finding. If it is bigger than 2 cm, it is accepted as pathologic. If any regression in size of the ovarian cyst is not observed on follow-up, surgical intervention is suggested. Herein, a newborn who was born with antenatally diagnosed ovarian cyst is presented and it is aimed to discuss the diagnosis, follow-up and mana-gement of neonatal ovarian cysts.
