ABSTRACT

True brachial artery aneurysms are uncommon arterial disorders. In this we present a true brachial artery aneurysm, following arteriovenous fistula. True upper extremity peripheral artery aneurysms are very rarely “rare” which surgical repair should be performed routinely.
