ABSTRACT
We present a case of a urothelial neoplasm arising within a bladder hernia in the inguinal canal. Approximately 1-3% of inguinal hernias in adults are associated with herniation of the bladder, which is rarely noted preoperatively. Only ten cases of neoplasm arising within a vesical hernia are cited in published reports. We report an unusual case of transitional cell carcinoma arising within a vesical hernia, shown by CT.
