Rectosigmoid intussusceptions proliferating from the anus are very rare in childhood. Here, a three-year-old case with rectosigmoid invagination prolapsed through anus with sigmoid colon due to juvenil polip, confused with recurrent rectal prolapse, was discussed. In childhood, rectosigmoid intussusceptions can easily be confused with rectal prolapse. In recurrent rectal prolapse cases, rectosigmoid invaginations should be kept in mind.
