Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy İn A Case With Situs Inversus Totalis

Situs inversus totalis is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by displacement of organs to their mirror- image anatomy and when associated with cholelithiasis may leads to difficulties in the diagnostic and therapeutic management due to this appearance. Herein we present a case of cholelithiasis with situs inversus totalis and discuss how to dealt with it.
