Asymptomatic premature ventricular beats are most common presentation form of arrhyth-mia observed in patients with or without structural heart disease. In long term, frequent pre-mature ventricular beats can lead left ventricule failure in structurally normal heart. Here, we reported a case of premature ventricular complex-induced cardiomyopathy who applied to emergency department with acute heart failure and recovered promptly after catheter abla-tion of related arrhytmic focus.
