Accurate and up-to-date codification of diseases diagnosis presents at the beginning of the adaptation of health data to the methods to be used in artificial intelligence studies. Therefore, for the digitalization of health information systems, ICD-11 should also perform the functions of ICD-9 and ICD-10 digitally. For this reason, in ICD-11, it is planned that the meaning of the category will have important explanations and guidance about the readable terms in order to guide users of the disease unit.
