Renal arteriovenous malformations are a rare cause of haematuria. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only case reported so far in the diagnosis of the congenital RAVM using multidetector row computed tomography angiography. We suggest that when surgical or interventional thera-phy is not considered, renal multidetector row computed tomography angiography should be performed to diagnosis of the AVM.
