Lhermitte-Duclos disease is a rare and slowly progressive hamartomatous lesion of cerebellum. It is most commonly seen at the third or fourth decades. Patients may have either no symptoms or may show symptoms and findings due to increased intracranial pressure or compression. It has typical MRI findings, and it has been suggested that the disease may be diagnosed by MR even without histopathologic examination. In this report, we present computerized tomography and MRI findings of a 73-year-old female diagnosed with Lhermitte-Duclos disease.
